Which small business would you suggest I start ?
I am 55 year old male, and live in Melbourne, Australia. I injured my knee and therefore can no longer work in factories or constructions sites.
I know how to use computers and internet and have a broadband connection.
I only have $ 7,000 cash to invest.
I would like to try self employment such as doing business online etc.
I have trouble coming up with ideas. can you suggest a small business I should start online.
Maybe you could consider some online businesses in your passionate areas. It could be in the form of selling digital products, doing some affilitate marketing, pay per click, etc.

The internet is a great way to make money however it does pay to know a few tricks otherwise you will find yourself going nowhere.
I find the easiest way to get started is to sell other peoples products and start building your own list then when you develop your own products you have a customer list to sell to.
Just go and find a product that you like and know there is a market for and sign up as an affiliate.
There are some affiliate links that will set up your own website and auto responders etc so that the whole process basically runes on autopilot.This is a great way to get started to enable you to become familiar with the internet and how it works before you launch full blast into your own products.
Do you research though and make sure it is a credible business.
