The plan will detail the functional aspects of a small dairy processing facility and outline its part in a system of integrated regional value-added food production and agricultural processing, preservation, storage and distribution centers. The goal is to provide an impetus for change toward sustainable lifestyles and livelihoods grounded in place-based regenerative economies, developmental educational and civic processes, and regenerative land and resource use.
