http://gradschool.marlboro.edu Capstone project description: My capstone project will provide a business plan for New Artisan Foods – a seed business initiative to build local food system capacity and resilience. The plan will detail the functional aspects of a small dairy processing facility and outline its part in a system of integrated regional value-added food production and agricultural processing, preservation, storage and distribution centers. The goal is to provide an impetus for change toward sustainable lifestyles and livelihoods grounded in place-based regenerative economies, developmental educational and civic processes, and regenerative land and resource use.
